United Christian Festival Unveils Summer Program in the Czech Republic

The United Christian Festival, a multi‑genre summer gathering in Olomouc, Czech Republic, released its accompanying program for the upcoming edition. The schedule mixes music, dance, theatre, sport and a series of workshops aimed at personal and spiritual growth.

Highlights include an inter‑generational dialogue on sexuality, intimacy and church upbringing, a political discussion titled “Christian and Politics” featuring former Slovak Prime Minister Eduard Heger, and a panel with Czech MPs and political scientist Michal Malý. Former NHL player Josef Marha will speak about elite sport, while psychologists Irena Smékalová and Zuzana Nelson conduct sessions on mental wellbeing and teamwork.

Additional workshops cover financial literacy (Michal Soukup), creative songwriting in the age of AI (Pavel Helan), worship led by US guest Cory Simon, and various dance styles ranging from street to contemporary. The programme is positioned as a safe space for discussing topics often marginalised in church settings.
