The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) has scheduled party nominations for the Migwani Ward Member of County Assembly (MCA) seat in Mwingi West, Kitui County, for Friday, October 9, 2026.

Aspirants must register through the party’s online portal during a brief two-day window, commencing Monday, September 28, 2026, and closing on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The party stated that registration is only considered complete once both the application and the nomination fee payment are successfully processed through the portal.

Nomination fees for the MCA position vary by category: male aspirants are required to pay Ksh50,000, while female aspirants, youth, and persons with disabilities (PWD) are charged Ksh25,000. Payments can be made via M-PESA or through a designated KCB bank account.
