United Dominion Realty Trust Beats Q2 Earnings Forecast

United Dominion Realty Trust (UDR) reported its second‑quarter 2026 results, delivering funds from operations (FFO) of $0.64 per share, far above the Zacks consensus of $0.13 per share.
