United Fintech expands partnership and leadership structure
United Fintech has announced a restructuring of its management and the appointment of three new partners to its internal ownership group. The expansion brings the total number of partners to six, including founder and CEO Christian Frahm, Tom Robinson, and Marc Levin. The new partners—Guy Hopkins, Rasmus Bagger, and Darren Coote—joined the company through previous acquisitions of businesses such as FairXchange, NetDania, and Cobalt.
The company has also established a four-person senior leadership team consisting of Christian Frahm, Rasmus Bagger (Chief Commercial Officer), Marc Levin (Chief Operating Officer), and Guy Hopkins (Chief Product Officer).
Founded in 2020, United Fintech provides institutional fintech infrastructure for banks, hedge funds, and asset managers. Its platform is currently used by more than 250 financial institutions, including 11 of the world’s 12 largest banks. Major shareholders include Barclays, BNP Paribas, Citi, Danske Bank, and Standard Chartered.
