United Kingdom accelerates defense plans amid Russian hybrid threats
The United Kingdom is accelerating its domestic defense and civil protection planning in response to increasing threats of Russian 'gray zone' operations. These hybrid threats include cyberattacks, disinformation, sabotage, and the monitoring of undersea infrastructure.
