United Kingdom to see unseasonable warmth before rain and wind

The United Kingdom is expected to experience unseasonably warm temperatures this Tuesday, with highs reaching up to 27°C in southern and southeastern England, including London. This warmth is driven by a low-pressure system in the Atlantic bringing warmer air from Europe.

However, the Met Office warns that these conditions will be short-lived. A weather front is expected to move from west to east starting late Tuesday evening and into Wednesday, bringing unsettled weather. Forecasts indicate rain across much of the UK, with some western areas potentially seeing rainfall totals between 20mm and 30mm.

Wednesday is predicted to be a wet and blustery day, with gusty winds exceeding 50mph possible in some locations and the potential for large waves along western coastal areas. Overnight lows may also remain notably high, around 19°C, which forecasters noted could feel uncomfortable for the time of year.
