United Kingdom weather: heavy rain and wind followed by rising temperatures

The United Kingdom is experiencing unsettled weather driven by multiple low-pressure systems. Heavy rain and gusty winds, with gusts reaching 40-50 mph in parts of Scotland, are expected to impact the country.
