United States Antimony Co. shares rise on mining update and investor activity

Shares of United States Antimony Co. (NYSE:UAMY) climbed about 4.3% after the company released an update on its mining operations in Alaska, Montana and Canada. The update highlighted progress toward using its own antimony ore to meet customer contracts for the first time in 2026, and cited safety improvements at the Radersburg Mill in Montana.

Institutional holdings shifted in the second quarter: Howard Financial Services Ltd. cut its stake by roughly 80%, while Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Geode Capital Management LLC, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Legal & General Group Plc increased or added positions. Overall, institutional investors now own about 9.5% of the company’s shares.
