United States moves troops to Camp Titeen following Iranian missile strike in Jordan

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps has claimed a successful intelligence and operational strike against Camp Titeen, a United States Marine Corps base located in Jordan. According to reports from the Fars news agency, the attack involved the use of ballistic missiles and resulted in the destruction of important facilities and attack helicopters.

In response to these threats, the United States has reportedly moved portions of its troops and equipment secretly to Camp Titeen to protect them from Iranian missiles and drones. The base is considered a vital node in the American military deployment and support network within the southern region.

Iran has maintained that its strikes within the region specifically target U.S. military bases and facilities rather than regional nations. Tehran has asserted its right to target any location used as a launch point for aggression against Iranian territory.
