Uniti per Bologna launches first physical presence in Piazza Maggiore

The political list ‘Uniti per Bologna’, led by Giovanni Favia, has transitioned from social media activity to physical presence by setting up its first information booth in Piazza Maggiore. The move aims to facilitate direct engagement with citizens, volunteers, and supporters outside of digital platforms.

Favia stated that the movement seeks to offer an alternative to current governance, which he criticized as an ‘opaque ivory tower’ that operates in a way that serves economic interests rather than the citizens. He emphasized that the group focuses on a passion for the city and the defense of its interests rather than traditional party politics, aiming to unite civil society and the third sector.
