Universal Orlando guest reports security guard photographing children

A family visiting Universal Orlando’s Epic Universe reported an uncomfortable encounter involving a security guard near the exit of the Stardust Racers roller coaster. The guests alleged that a security guard was using an iPhone to take numerous photographs of people exiting the ride, including adults and children.

According to the family, the guard appeared to be smiling while photographing guests, including their minor daughter and a woman holding a young child. When the family questioned an employee at the ride exit about the activity, they were told the guard was not taking pictures but was instead responding to a medical emergency. However, the family stated they saw no evidence of a medical situation and remained unconvinced by the explanation. The incident was reported to Universal for further investigation.
