Universal Studios Japan announces One Piece and Detective Conan collaborations

Universal Studios Japan (USJ) has announced a special collaboration featuring the popular franchises One Piece and Detective Conan to celebrate the theme park's 25th anniversary.

The collaboration includes a themed product line available starting September 9 at the Studio Style shop within the park. The One Piece collection features Monkey D. Luffy in a Jurassic Park setting and will include items such as T-shirts, water bottles, and tote bags. The Detective Conan collection pays homage to Back to the Future, depicting Conan Edogawa and Dr. Agasa as Marty McFly and Doc Brown, with products including T-shirts, mugs, and figurine sets.

Creators Eiichiro Oda and Gosho Aoyama both issued messages congratulating USJ on its milestone. Oda expressed gratitude for the annual One Piece Premiere live show, while Aoyama noted his excitement regarding the crossover between Detective Conan and Back to the Future.
