Universal Studios Japan launches free child entry pass for 25th anniversary
Universal Studios Japan (USJ) has announced its first-ever initiative to invite children to the park for free as part of its 25th-anniversary celebrations. The 'Holiday Kids Free Pass' allows one child to enter for free for every one adult who purchases a ticket.
The promotion is designed for children aged 4 to 11 (including elementary school students) and is valid for visits between November 13 and December 30, 2026. The set price for one adult and one child starts at 8,400 yen. To purchase the pass, residents of Japan must provide valid identification to verify the child's age.
In addition to park entry, USJ is collaborating with partner hotels to offer the 'Holiday Kids Free Plan,' which includes benefits such as free child accommodation or special rates for family rooms. The company is also launching a 'Kids Set Campaign' where children using the pass can receive half-price meal sets when an adult orders a meal. Furthermore, eligible children can upgrade to a Prime Annual Pass at a discounted rate on the day of their visit.
