Universal Studios to launch Ozzy Osbourne horror attraction

Universal Studios is launching a new horror attraction titled ‘Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness’ as part of its Halloween Horror Nights program. The experience, which includes a ‘Crazy Train’ element, will debut at Universal Orlando Resort on August 28 and at Universal Studios Hollywood on September 3.

The attraction is designed as a journey through the 45-year solo career of the heavy metal icon. Visitors will encounter themed environments inspired by his music, visual identity, and various career eras. The soundtrack will feature songs from albums such as ‘Blizzard of Ozz’, ‘Diary of a Madman’, ‘Bark at the Moon’, ‘No More Tears’, ‘Scream’, and ‘Ordinary Man’.

The Hollywood version will feature segments inspired by Osbourne’s upbringing in Birmingham and the creation of his stage persona. The project has the approval of Sharon and Jack Osbourne, who noted that the attraction honors Ozzy’s legacy of pushing boundaries and creating immersive musical worlds.
