Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua to host 3rd University Cultural Harvest

The Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua (UACH) is hosting the 3rd University Cultural Harvest on Thursday, October 8, at Campus 2. The event, organized by the Directorate of University Strategic Projects in coordination with the Chihuahua State Tourism Secretariat, aims to celebrate regional wine, gastronomy, music, and art.

Attendees can participate in traditional grape stomping and enjoy musical performances ranging from regional Mexican to country music. The festival will feature various university faculties presenting products related to science, research, and entrepreneurship, including artisanal beer, charcuterie, and local meats. A highlight of the event is the launch of ‘Murciélagos’, a new wine project that connects viticulture with university research and biodiversity conservation.
