Universidad Autónoma de Entre Ríos calls for tenor auditions

The Universidad Autónoma de Entre Ríos (Uader) has announced an audition for tenor singers as part of the preparations for a new edition of the ‘Música por la Paz’ concert. The auditions aim to select soloists for the original roles in Ariel Ramírez’s works, ‘Misa Criolla’ and ‘Navidad Nuestra’.

The audition is scheduled for Thursday, September 24, at 6:30 PM at the Escuela de Música, Danza y Teatro Profesor Constancio Carminio in Paraná. Interested participants do not need to be members of the Uader community. The selection process will focus on specific movements, including ‘Kyrie’ and ‘Gloria’ from ‘Misa Criolla’, and ‘La Huida’ and ‘Los Pastores’ from ‘Navidad Nuestra’.

The ‘Música por la Paz’ concert series, held in collaboration with the Archdiocese of Paraná, debuted in December 2023 and has continued through 2025. The project is led by general director Miguel ‘Otti’ Gómez and artistic director Nicolás Faes Micheloud.
