Cobreloa draws 2-2, Universidad Católica defeats Copiapó in Copa Chile group stage

Cobreloa and Cobresal played to a 2‑2 stalemate at the Estadio Codelco El Cobre in El Salvador, with goals from Julián Brea, Gustavo Gotti, Benjamin Valenzuela and Cristian Muga. The draw gave Cobreloa five points, keeping them in contention for the next round against Deportes La Serena on 12 July in Calama.
