Universidad de Morón hosts ‘ANFIBIO’ fashion design showcase

The Universidad de Morón’s School of Architecture and Design held its traditional mid-year fashion show, titled ‘ANFIBIO’. The event showcased work from students across various levels of the Bachelor’s Degree in Clothing Design.

The concept of ‘ANFIBIO’ focused on the transformation and evolution of the human body as a source of creative inspiration. The runway presentation was structured into three conceptual phases: an initial state, a transition phase, and a final/continuity phase, exploring themes of adaptation, mutation, and identity construction through clothing.

Projects featured in the show were developed within several academic chairs, including Design Elements I, Design I, Design III, and Design and Marketing. Micaela Savia, director of the Clothing Design program, noted that the proposals reflect both aesthetic exploration and the students' academic progress in incorporating design tools throughout their studies.
