Universidad de Playa Ancha and Santiago Wanderers sign collaboration agreement

The Universidad de Playa Ancha (UPLA) and the Corporación Santiago Wanderers have signed a collaboration agreement to promote sports development and academic training. The partnership aims to benefit both university students and club athletes through joint initiatives in education, science, technology, research, and health.

Under the agreement, the Santiago Wanderers Corporation will utilize university sports facilities for disciplines such as futsal, volleyball, and basketball. Additionally, the club will serve as a clinical field for students in fields including nutrition, kinesiology, psychology, and sports pedagogy. The university also expressed interest in providing technical assistance to athletes and exploring scholarship opportunities for professional and pedagogical studies.
