Universidad del Bío-Bío announces X Poetry Encounter

The Universidad del Bío-Bío, in collaboration with cultural centers, literary organizations, and local municipalities, has announced the X Poetry Encounter of Chile, Argentina, and America. The event is scheduled to take place from November 11 to 14, 2026, in Concepción, Chile, and other locations.

Participation is available both in person and virtually via Zoom. The initiative aims to promote Spanish-language poetry by featuring both established and emerging poets. Selected participants will engage in a variety of activities, including poetic recitals, localized readings, school visits, and book exhibitions. The program also includes tributes to American poets and book presentations.
