Universidad Favaloro medical students complete rural practice in Fernández

Medical students from Universidad Favaloro have completed their Mandatory Final Practice (PFO) in Fernández, Santiago del Estero. The program allowed students to integrate into the local community and engage directly with the regional healthcare reality.

During their residency at the Hospital Zonal ‘Dr. Rudecindo del Valle Cazzaniga’, students participated in hospital dynamics and community health activities. The program concluded with a presentation to local authorities, including Mayor Yanina Iturre, highlighting the challenges of public health in areas distant from major urban centers.
