Universidad Nacional de La Plata faces 33 days of class disruptions
The Universidad Nacional de La Plata (UNLP) has faced 33 days of class disruptions so far this year due to ongoing university conflicts. The impact extends to both university faculties and undergraduate schools.
At the Colegio Nacional, Director Ana García Munitis stated that strikes have significantly affected operations. To mitigate the impact on students, teaching staff have utilized virtual platforms and pandemic-era tools to supplement in-person learning. García Munitis also noted that the conflict involves the government failing to comply with specific laws.
Despite the interruptions, UNLP officials, including Pregrado Prosecretary Darío Estevez, indicated that efforts are being made to maintain curricular objectives through structured academic tracking for both annual and semester-based subjects.
