Universidad Nacional de Santiago del Estero adopts clinical simulation model

The National University of Santiago del Estero (UNSE) has signed a commitment with the National Clinical Simulation Network (ReNaSiC) to implement the Meaningful Learning Simulation Training Model (MESAS). This initiative aims to strengthen practical training for students in health science careers, specifically in Nursing, Obstetrics, and Medicine.

The agreement includes an eight-week training program for 68 academic staff members to become facilitators. This program is designed to provide safe, systematic, and scalable training opportunities to better prepare future healthcare professionals for the demands of the sanitary system.
