Universidad Nacional de Tucumán joins Marcha Federal Universitaria

The Superior Council of the National University of Tucumán (UNT) has unanimously approved its participation in the Marcha Federal Universitaria, scheduled for October 15.

In a formal document, the Council called for the full implementation of the University Financing Law, which was passed by Congress. The institution emphasized its commitment to defending university autonomy as established by the National Constitution and requested that the National Executive Power comply with the law. The Council also expressed its readiness for institutional dialogue and invited the community to join the march peacefully to defend public, free, and high-quality education.
