Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires launches 2026 student extension funding call and Expo in

The Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires (UNICEN) opened its 2026 call for Actividades Estudiantiles de Extensión (AEE). The program invites interdisciplinary teams of at least five undergraduate students to design and implement community‑oriented projects, with each proposal supervised by a university tutor and community referents. Funding of up to 150,000 Argentine pesos (or up to 200,000 pesos for projects with higher travel costs) is available for materials, transport, food and related expenses.

UNICEN also announced a new edition of its Expo Unicen in Olavarría on 12 August, running from 08:30 to 15:00 at the university complex. The event will showcase the university’s academic offerings to secondary‑school students from Olavarría and neighboring towns, featuring informational stands from all four UNICEN campuses and talks by various faculties, including Social Sciences, Engineering, Health Sciences, Agronomy, Law, Veterinary, Humanities, Exact Sciences, Arts and Economics. All regional secondary schools were invited to attend.
