Universidad Nacional del Litoral launches new nutritional food product

The Universidad Nacional del Litoral (UNL) has expanded its Nutritional Food Plant catalog with the launch of rice pudding. This marks the first sweet option in the plant's production line, designed specifically for use as a snack or dessert.

Starting in September, the new product will be included in the monthly donations provided to beneficiary institutions. The initiative aims to improve food quality for vulnerable populations and utilizes scientific and technological knowledge to serve community health and well-being. The launch event took place at the Hospital Dr. Orlando Alassia and was attended by university authorities, health ministry officials, and community representatives.
