Universidad Tecnológica de Tula-Tepeji marks 35th anniversary

The Universidad Tecnológica de Tula-Tepeji (UTTT) celebrated its 35th anniversary by presenting 36 awards to faculty and staff for academic performance and career longevity. The distinctions included 26 recognitions for Full-Time Professors with a Desirable Profile (PRODEP), three for members of the National System of Researchers (SNII), and seven awards for 20 years of service.

During the ceremony, which was attended by Daniel Fragoso Torres, the subsecretary of Upper Secondary and Higher Education, and UTTT rector Irasema Linares Medina, researcher Abygail Adarely Martínez Mendoza was notified of her acceptance into an environmental engineering technology training program at Suzhou University of Science and Technology in China. Officials noted that the government of Hidalgo continues to support the strengthening of research and infrastructure within higher education institutions.
