Universidade Estadual do Maranhão announces substitute professor selection process

The Universidade Estadual do Maranhão (UEMA) has launched three simplified selection processes to hire substitute professors for its campuses in São Luís, Coelho Neto, and São Bento.

In São Luís, vacancies are available for History, specifically in Modern and Contemporary History and the History of the Americas, with 20-hour weekly workloads. The Coelho Neto campus is offering seven positions in health and biological sciences, including Medical-Surgical Nursing, Biochemistry and Physiology, Morphology and Physiology, and Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry and Physiology.

The São Bento campus is seeking professors for Agronomy (Phytotechnics) with a 40-hour weekly workload and Zootecnia with a 20-hour workload. Salaries for these positions can reach up to R$ 6,886.82, depending on the candidate's qualifications and hours worked. The selection process will consist of a didactic exam and a title analysis.
