Université Côte d'Azur promotes sustainable campus dining

Université Côte d'Azur is implementing initiatives to promote sustainable, healthy, and accessible food for its students and staff. Working in partnership with CROUS, which manages university cafeterias, the university is involved in governance to shape policies regarding food waste reduction and the provision of varied vegetarian and balanced meal options.

The program aims to create an environment focused on planetary respect and individual health through awareness programs, local partnerships, and the support of solidarity grocery stores to ensure food accessibility.
