Université de Toulouse opens 2027 France Excellence Eiffel scholarship applications

The University of Toulouse has opened the pre-application campaign for the 2027 France Excellence Eiffel scholarship. This program, managed by Campus France and supported by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, allows French higher education institutions to nominate high-achieving international students for Master's or Doctoral level funding.

For the 2027-2028 academic year, the University of Toulouse has established an online pre-application process. Master's level candidates must submit their pre-applications by November 15, 2026. Doctoral candidates must submit their pre-applications by November 29, 2026, and are required to have already identified and secured the support of a researcher at the university to supervise their thesis.
