Universitas Islam Indonesia and Ngawi Regency Sign MoU for Education, Research Collaboration

Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII) met with officials of Ngawi Regency at the Ngawi Public Service Hall on 22 July to discuss a Memorandum of Understanding. The delegation, led by UII Rector Prof. Dr. Ir. Hari Purnomo, was received by Regent Ony Anwar Harsono. The proposed MoU aims to strengthen cooperation in teaching, research and community service, including student internship programs and the commercialization of university research for regional development. Ngawi’s development agency head Indah Kusumawardhani expressed hope that UII will become a strategic partner, providing academic studies and policy recommendations to support local growth.
