Universitat Alfonso X el Sabio launches One Health Master's

Universitat Alfonso X el Sabio (UAX) has launched an online Master's degree in Public Health and One Health. The program aims to integrate medicine, veterinary science, and ecology to address complex global health challenges.

Instructed by professionals including those from the Preventive Medicine Service of the Hospital Universitari Fundación Jiménez Díaz, the curriculum covers zoonotic epidemiology, antimicrobial resistance, and the environmental impacts on health. The initiative is part of UAX's strategic focus on sustainable health and its participation in the European Network for Climate and Health Education (ENCHE).
