Universitat de València hosts terrorism and victims' rights symposium

The Universitat de València has inaugurated the symposium for the Chair of Studies on Terrorism and the Rights of Victims. This academic initiative aims to preserve collective memory, analyze the dimensions of past tragedies, and defend the rights of those affected by terrorism.

Nuria Martínez, the Valencian Minister of Justice, Transparency, and Participation, highlighted that the Valencian Community is the only autonomous community in Spain with a university chair specifically dedicated to this field. The chair serves as a specialized space for researchers and experts to study the phenomenon of terrorism and its consequences through rigorous scientific investigation.
