Latin American universities expand international academic exchange programs

Various academic institutions in Latin America are conducting international exchange programs to foster professional development and research collaboration.

In Mexico, the Universidad Tecnológica de San Juan del Río hosted Juan Carlos Rave Ramírez from the Universidad de Manizales, Colombia. The exchange focused on quality management systems, environmental management, and corporate social responsibility. Additionally, students from the Universidad Tecnológica de Corregidora and UT San Juan participated in an international training program in Argentina, coordinated with the University of Buenos Aires, to study productive developments and public policy.

In Chile, Professor Facundo Scribano Vera from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata, Argentina, completed a seven-day mobility program at the Universidad de Santiago de Chile. This exchange, part of the AUGM ESCALA program, allowed for the sharing of expertise in electrical power system simulation and energy transition research.
