Universities in Chile and Peru host open house events for prospective students

Educational institutions in Chile and Peru are hosting open house events to assist high school students and graduates in navigating their future academic and professional paths.

In Chile, the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (PUCV) is opening all its campuses on Friday, August 21. The event is designed to provide prospective students with a close look at the university's academic offerings, infrastructure, and professional training through campus tours, institutional presentations, and interactive activities with academics and current students.

In Peru, the Universidad Privada del Norte (UPN) will host the ‘Descubre UPN Lima Sur’ event on Saturday, August 22, in San Juan de Miraflores. Aimed at fourth and fifth-year secondary students and graduates, the program includes workshops, talks, and virtual reality experiences related to various degree programs. The event also provides information sessions for parents regarding higher education alternatives and is part of the development of the new UPN Lima Sur campus.
