Universities in Mexico and Argentina promote inclusion and diversity

Educational institutions in Mexico and Argentina are implementing various initiatives focused on inclusion, diversity, and environmental sustainability.

In Querétaro, Mexico, students from the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro (UAQ) created 20 artworks for the “Dejando Huellas sobre papel” exhibition. The project, part of an international encounter regarding the role of arts in inclusion and peace, involved students and staff using various techniques and recycled materials to address themes of equity and nature.

In Ezeiza, Argentina, the Universidad Provincial de Ezeiza collaborated with municipal and provincial bodies on social and environmental programs. These include the “Municipios por la Igualdad” program, which promotes sustainable menstrual management through workshops, and the launch of the “Red de Orgullo” (Pride Network) to strengthen rights and respect for diversity in the Buenos Aires province.
