Universities in Mexico and Uruguay hold graduation ceremonies

Universities in Mexico and Uruguay held graduation ceremonies to certify new professionals in various fields.

At the Universidad de Colima, 65 students graduated from the Bachelor of Social Work program and eight from the Master of Gerontology. The ceremony also recognized participants of a social intervention diploma. Officials emphasized the responsibility of these graduates to serve society, address inequality, and support an aging population.

In Uruguay, the Universidad de la República (Udelar) Salto campus awarded degrees to 25 graduates. The cohort included students from Tourism, Procurator, Notary, and Social Work programs. The ceremony was held at the Aula Magna ‘Esc. Eugenio Cafaro’ and attended by faculty, graduates, and families.
