Universities prepared to admit Tuyen Quang students after retakes

The Ministry of Education and Training has decided that 328 students from Tuyen Quang Specialized High School will retake all subjects for the High School Graduation Exam on August 14-15. This decision comes as authorities continue to investigate the extent of exam violations at the testing site.

University administrators, including representatives from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities at Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and the National Economics University, have expressed readiness to consider these students for supplementary admission. However, admission is contingent upon several conditions: students must be cleared of any exam violations by authorities, meet specific entrance requirements through separate university admission processes, and comply with all Ministry regulations.

Academic officials noted that if investigations later reveal that admitted students were involved in violations, the universities will proceed with expulsion procedures in accordance with regulations.
