University Austral Launches Free Admission Course for Nursing Students

The Universidad Austral in Pilar, Argentina, opened enrollment for a free entry course that will admit students to its Licenciatura en Enfermería program for 2026. The initiative targets secondary‑school seniors and recent graduates up to 30 years old; applicants must pass two subjects with a minimum grade of 5 to gain direct entry and become eligible for scholarships. The university reports that 55 % of its nursing students already receive financial aid and that 85 % of graduates find employment. Speakers highlighted the importance of photoprotectors, early detection of skin conditions, and the need for nurses to stay updated on products and protocols to reduce dermatological disease risk.
