University extension initiatives in Argentina and Venezuela boost student futures and business service quality

The public university UNViMe continued its “Caminando el interior de la escuela secundaria” social‑interest project in San Luis, Argentina, bringing workshops on life‑planning and higher‑education opportunities to secondary schools N° 25 Escultor Antonio Nevot and N° 22 José Manuel Estrada. Participants explored personal strengths, university options and the right to study regardless of location, strengthening the link between secondary education and the public university system.

In Trujillo, Venezuela, the Universidad Valle del Momboy (UVM) and the local merchants’ association ACOINVA concluded a four‑day “Calidad de Servicio 360°” workshop for 48 business leaders from 19 companies. The training emphasized service quality as a strategic tool to protect cash flow, retain customers and enhance profitability, with practical exercises, case studies and networking among firms in manufacturing, commerce, health, education and other sectors.
