University of Alcalá welcomes nearly 300 international students

The University of Alcalá (UAH) has welcomed approximately 294 international students for the 2026-2027 academic year. The arrival of these students, many of whom are from European countries such as Italy, is part of an ongoing integration effort for the first semester and full academic year.

To facilitate their arrival and promote cultural exchange, the university organized a series of welcome activities. These included guided tours of the Alcalá de Henares City Hall and the UAH Rectorate, an official ceremony featuring the Vice-Rector for Internationalization, Lorena Silos, and presentations from the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) and the European University Alliance (EUGLOH).
