University of Almería reaches 93% enrollment for 2026/27 academic year

The University of Almería (UAL) has formalised enrollment for 2,779 of the 2,985 new‑student places offered for the 2026‑27 academic year, covering 93% of the total. The university offers 41 undergraduate programmes, including seven double degrees, and 21 programmes have filled all their seats while 29 are at least 90% occupied.

Large waiting lists remain for the Medicine and Nursing degrees, each with more than 2,000 applicants. A second allocation round will be published on 3 September with a registration window from 3‑7 September, followed by a final enrolment period between 25‑30 September for any remaining vacancies. A new Logopedia degree, delivered jointly with the University of Sevilla, has also been added to the curriculum.
