Kamel Ghribi highlights business opportunities in Libya at Benghazi University opening

Kamel Ghribi, Chairman of GKSD and Vice President of Gruppo San Donato, attended the inauguration of the University of Benghazi in Libya. During the event, Ghribi met with Engineer Belqasim Haftar, President of the Libya Reconstruction and Development Fund, and General Khalifa Haftar.

Ghribi highlighted significant opportunities for Italian companies to participate in Libya’s development, specifically in sectors such as healthcare, infrastructure, energy, training, and innovation. He noted that the current phase of Libyan development offers a chance for long-term partnerships and investments. Ghribi also referenced the Mattei Plan as a framework for fostering mutual growth and partnership between Italy and Africa, positioning Libya as a central player due to its resources and strategic location.
