University of Cape Coast and ADB PLC pursue institutional collaboration

The Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) PLC and the University of Cape Coast (UCC) have committed to deepening their institutional cooperation. Following a high-level meeting between UCC Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dennis Worlanyo Aheto and ADB Managing Director Edward Ato Sarpong, the two organizations are exploring opportunities for mutually beneficial collaboration.

The partnership aims to leverage the strengths of both academia and the financial services sector. Key areas of interest include knowledge exchange, human capital development, and the creation of innovative solutions to support national development. Leadership from both institutions emphasized the importance of bridging the gap between academic research and industry requirements through stronger academia-industry engagement.
