University of Castilla-La Mancha hosts environmental art exhibition

The University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM) has inaugurated the art exhibition ‘La huella del Antropoceno’ at the Paraninfo Luis Arroyo in the Ciudad Real Campus. Curated by Professor Marta Muñoz de Morales, the exhibition aims to use visual language to foster reflection on environmental issues and the relationship between human activity and the territory.

The showcase features works by artists Kar Sánchez and Laura Noguero. Sánchez presents ‘Herida climática,’ exploring human impact through collage, drawing, and embroidery, while Noguero presents photographic interventions and a Land Art-inspired installation titled ‘Quid pro quo’ using natural waste and donated materials. The exhibition is part of the Criminal Law in the Anthropocene Seminar and will remain open until October 2.
