University of Cincinnati student-athletes compete in multiple collegiate events

The University of Cincinnati athletic programs are engaged in several upcoming and recent competitions across various sports.

In golf, the men’s team is traveling to Minnesota for the 2nd Swing Gopher Invitational at Windsong Farm Club, a 15-team event. Meanwhile, the women’s golf team is set to open their 2026-27 season at the Bettie Lou Evans Invitational, hosted by the University of Kentucky.

In tennis, the Purdue women’s team competed in the UC/Pam Whitehead Invitational. Notable performances included Jennifer Florea and Kathryn Wilson winning their doubles match 6-3, while Gabrielle Davydov secured a 6-3, 6-3 singles victory.

In cross country, the Cincinnati women’s squad is scheduled to compete in the All-Ohio Intercollegiate Challenge at the Elvin R. King Cross Country Course in Cedarville, Ohio. This follows a recent performance at the RedHawk Rumble, where the men’s and women’s teams both secured runner-up finishes.
