University of Colima hosts psychology seminars and presents educational innovation book

The University of Colima (UdeC) recently hosted several academic initiatives focused on research and educational advancement. Students from the 11th and 12th generations of the Inter-institutional Doctorate in Psychology participated in thematic seminars covering research methods, ethics, data analysis, and inclusion.

The Inter-institutional Doctorate in Psychology is a collaborative program involving six public universities: Aguascalientes, Nayarit, Colima, Guadalajara, Guanajuato, and the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo. The program is part of the National Postgraduate System and was awarded the AUIP Prize for Postgraduate Quality in Ibero-America in 2022.

Additionally, UdeC presented the book ‘Innovaciones educativas para la docencia’ (Educational Innovations for Teaching). The work compiles research from Master's in Educational Innovation students and faculty, focusing on teacher training, educational practice, and the integration of digital technologies in the classroom.
