University of Dayton and Delaware announce upcoming sports schedules

The University of Dayton has announced its men's basketball non-conference schedule for the 2026-27 season. The Flyers will begin with an exhibition game against Xavier at the Lindner Family Tennis Center before hosting exhibition games against Notre Dame and Morehead State at UD Arena.

The regular season starts on November 2 against NJIT, followed by a five-game home homestand including matchups against Northern Illinois, Siena, Cincinnati, and Central Michigan. The schedule also includes travel to the Shriners Children's Charleston Classic and a game against Memphis in Columbus.

Separately, the University of Delaware football team has released its 2026-2027 season preview. The Blue Hens are set to begin their second Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) season on September 3 with a matchup against Merrimack College. Their early schedule includes a nationally televised game against Vanderbilt University on September 12.
