University of Delaware men's lacrosse adds 15 recruits as golf team unveils fall schedule

The University of Delaware announced that its men’s lacrosse program will welcome a 15‑member recruiting class for the 2027 season, comprising ten freshmen and five transfers from eight U.S. states and Canada. Head coach Ben DerLuca highlighted the new players, including standout midfielders and a goalkeeper, as the team looks to build on recent successes.

Separately, the university’s men’s golf team released its 2026‑27 fall schedule. The Blue Hens will compete in four tournaments between September and October, opening at the Bryan National Collegiate in North Carolina, then heading to the Temple Invitational in Pennsylvania, the Nemacolin Collegiate in West Virginia, and concluding with the second‑annual Blue Hen Intercollegiate at Wyncote Golf Club in Oxford, Pennsylvania. Head coach Brendon Post noted the team’s strong finish to the previous season, with multiple top‑10 finishes and a victory in the inaugural fall Intercollegiate.
