University of Geneva launches health and sustainability campaign

The University of Geneva (UNIGE) has launched the campaign ‘Ça compte - ta santé, notre planète’ (It matters - your health, our planet), which emphasizes the connection between personal well-being and environmental sustainability.

The initiative promotes daily actions based on scientific knowledge to benefit both individuals and the environment. The campaign includes several scheduled activities throughout the autumn semester, such as active mobility events like bike parades, a national week to combat food waste, and a mental health week focused on the connection between nature and psychological balance. Additionally, the program includes educational components like conferences on emotional eating and its links to obesity.
